  On January 20, “the 12th China Employer Brand Conference” was held in Beijing. Zhou Dongjiao, an investor, Member of the Party Committee and CHO of Far East Holding Group, and Zhang Yanyan, an investor, and Assistant to Director of the Human Resources Department of the group, were invited to attend the conference. This conference was co-organized by the Organizing Committee of the China Employer Brand Conference, the International Human Resource Management Association, the China Employer Brand Research Center, Capital University of Economics and Business, and the Beijing Young Human Resources Service Chamber of Commerce, on the theme of “Big Data of Talents and Employer Brands”, with the participation of numerous well-known corporate executives and scholars at home and abroad, as well as major financial media.

Jiang Xipei, Founder, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Committee of Far East Holding Group, was awarded the title of “China’s Most Socially Responsible Entrepreneur 2017”.   The experts attending the conference including Zhou Dongjiao, Xu Bin, Director of the Department of Talents, Capital University of Economics and Business, and a well-known management expert, and Hu Ming, Vice President of Reignwood Aviation Group, had a heated discussion on “how to hunt for high-end talents via the employer brand”. Zhou Dongjiao shared the business partner mechanism of Far East.
