On September 24, Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. held the 14th “Far East Cup” basketball game at the basketball court of Fandao Middle School. Hosted by the Department of Party, Union, Masses and Youth League Affairs, the basketball game aimed at strengthening teamwork between employees, enhancing their physical fitness and promoting construction of the enterprise’s culture of “Harmony and Flexibility”. During two-day competition from September 24 to September 25, there were 8 fierce games. In the end, Maritime Engineering Team, Quality Control Team, Marketing Team and MMBao Team passed the preliminary contest.
The Scene of Game
In the first match, Far East Running Man Team, the champion team of previous year, encountered Maritime Engineering Team. Players of both teams quickly got into a groove and conducted a fast transition between attack and defense. They tackled, intercepted, defended and attacked, showing smooth cooperation and winning cheers from audiences. Finally, Maritime Engineering Team won the game owing to their physical strength and speed advantage.
Wonderful Moments
The basketball game was a significant event full of amusement and competitive elements. In the game, there was well-matched rival, equivalent competition of strength and concerted efforts. Friendship between players also made the “fierce battle” on the playground warmer. The game fully reflected the sportsmanship of “Friendship First, Competition Second”. One fell down and others gave a hand. Unintentional collision was immediately followed by apologetic smile. Players who had a fierce competition in the game were always good friends after the game.
It was reported that 10 teams took active in the basketball game, including Far East Running Man Team, Marketing Team, Maritime Engineering Team, Technique Applast Team, MMBao Team, Quality Control Team, Technology Team, Transaction Relay Team, Yineng Team, and Medium Pressure Intelligence Team.
