Recently, Jiang Huajun, investor, Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Smarter Energy, stock code: 600869) and his panelwereinvited to attend the Xinjiang Zhongtai Group Industrial Investment, Negotiation and Signing Convention and Supplier Summit Forum in Toksun County. Managers of 41 famous enterprises in China, leaders of Xinjiang Zhongtai Group Co., Ltd., and leaderships of the CPC Turpan Municipal Committee and relevant departments of Turpan Municipal People’s Government got together to discuss matters of economic and social development in Toksun County, known as the posthouse on the Silk Road.

Tang Hongjie said in his speech that the convention has provided a broader platform for the further publicity of Turpan City’s resource superiority, industrial strength and investment preferential policies to help entrepreneurs in China to learn more about Toksun County and Turpan City, and attract more entrepreneurs to develop business communication and seek a new cooperation model in Turpan.

Mr. Tang also gave three opinionsduring the convention. First, Xinjiang Zhongtai Group shall make greater contributions to the economic development of Turpan by relying on the advantages of scientific research, talents, markets and brand of Zhongtai Group and making full use of regional advantage of Toksun County and Turpan City. Second, enterprises can have further and in-depth cooperation with each other, and grasp the development strategy of “the Belt and Road Initiative” and the historic opportunity of economic integration of Turpan-Urumqi region to improve business efficiency and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Third, the CPC Toksun County Committee and the Toksun County People’s Government shall intensify efforts to attract the investment, increase the intensity of services and constantly perfect the construction of supporting facilities of the industrial park to create a good environment for the development of enterprises, and support them to further develop and expand.

Toksun County People’s Government had signed cooperation agreements with 8 enterprises, including Far East Cable Co., Ltd., Xingjiang Hengze Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Tianjin Xuhuihengyuan Plastic Packaging Corporation, Xinjiang Yangguang Carbon Co., Ltd., Xingjiang Xingyang Cast Iron Machinery Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Mingjiang Valve Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Jinyuan Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Shangshangxiang Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd., and the amount of contracts totaled RMB 3.17 billion.

Chen Jing, investor and Chief Operational Officer of Smarter Energy introduced the strategy of becoming “world’s leading service provider of smart energy and smart city system” of Smarter Energy on the forum. Smarter Energy devotes to becoming a one-stop system integration service provider, focuses on the development and layout in the business areas such as “Internet+” and new energy, actively exploits the overseas market and strengthen the in-depth cooperation with key customers and strategic customers.
